🔸 Hiking at Santa Clara County Calero Park

This is an enjoyable loop trail near Morgan Hill. There is minimal shade along this route, so make sure you wear sun protection and stay hydrated. Along the way, visitors will be treated to lovely views, and during spring, wildflowers add color to the surrounding landscape. Bathrooms and parking are near the trailhead.

🔸 Direction: 從 101 號高速公路，在San Antonio Rd 出口。向北行駛，到達San Antonio Rd 的盡頭。沿著街道右轉到 Terminal Blvd。集合點位於Terminal Blvd 和 San Antonio 交界處附近的北側。Terminal Blvd 上有很路邊停車位。停好車後，您得走回Terminal Blvd 和 San Antonio交界處集合點。

Palo Alto Baylands Nature Preserve

佔地 1,940 英畝 是舊金山灣現存最大的保持原狀沼澤地之一，有十五英里的小徑聯結獨特的潮汐鹹水和河流淡水混合棲息地。許多人認為該地區是西海岸最好的觀鳥區之一。該保護區擁有大量常駐鳥類，也是鳥類太平洋遷徙路線上的主要中途停留區。

Palo Alto Baylands Nature Preserve

on the west coast. The preserve has a substantial resident population of birds as well as being a major migratory stopover on the Pacific Flyway.

The Trail is considered a moderately challenging route來回約 6.5 miles for 4.5 hours.

路線特色: 近Stanford Univ. Dish trail，遼闊的草原視野，點綴其間的溪流、湖泊、遠眺海灣和高山景色，豐富的野生動物，常可以看到鹿和土狼，如果幸運的話，您可能會看到山貓。

最近有太多人想參加Meetup club的每月健行活動，但報不上，因很快就額滿。根據各Open Space & Park 規定，人數超過規定(通常是20人)，必須事先申請permit 和提供 liability insurance證明文件。受此限制，我們只能增加活動次數。感謝有幾位熱心校友volunteers幫忙，我們試行每月健行兩次，路線相同，讓更多校友能參加。請暫時不要兩個活動都報名，等活動日期接近仍有空位，再歡迎報名。

🔸  路線: Alma and Redwood Springs Loop來回約6.5 miles 時間3-4小時左右. This trail considered a moderately challenging route, very shady but it has relatively long up and down incline. 

🔸 路線特色: Beautiful Redwoods and bird sounds

🔸 停車: 免費停車場, 但車位有限，起點的停車場有洗手間。

🔸 請注意: No dogs/pets/bikes are NOT allowed in this Preserve.
